Quality programs with demonstrated impact
Quality programs with demonstrated impact
CARE Australia developed the Program Quality Framework in 2014 to support its objective of developing ‘quality programs with demonstrated impact’. The Program Quality Framework and accompanying guidance and tools have been designed to improve program quality through more consistent approaches and better guidance for our staff implementing projects – helping to reinforce good practice. The framework looks at the three stages of the project cycle (design, implementation and review) and for each stage outlines key consultation and programming processes, mandatory steps including roles and responsibilities as well as tools and guidance to assist these processes.
