We are delighted you are joining our team.
Using the Australia-based employees checklist, please read, sign and return the following documents to the Human Resources Branch in or before your first week with us:
Superannuation – when you join CARE Australia, you can choose to use your own superannuation fund by completing the Superannuation Standard Choice Form, or you can join AustralianSuper (our default fund) by following the prompts on the AustralianSuper website. Either way, please return completed forms to HR or Payroll.
A scan of your passport ID page and a copy of your qualifications
Proof of Identification Form (including encryption guide if emailing completed form)
