One year after Nepal earthquakes: Thousands of survivors still lack basic necessities

The Dalits of Barpak have become landless after the earthquake. They have constructed temporary shelters in a land that belongs to the government. CARE is planning on training community leaders and government officials on disseminating information related to housing, land and property issues for which it requires additional funding .
